Hello!
I’m RACHAEL
I help busy humans of all ages, sizes, shapes, and levels of flexibility to release tension and find calm through simple, functional yin yoga.
Whether you’ve been sitting at a desk all day, juggling deadlines and kids, or just feeling mentally fried — yin can help you to unwind your body, quiet your mind, and feel more like yourself again.

A bit about me…
In between studying English and Law at university, working as a paralegal for a decade, running my own ecommerce clothing brand and retail store, and then selling everything I owned to travel the world as a freelance copywriter…yoga has always been a steady thread.
I’ve been practicing on and off since the late ’90s, but it was during my years of traveling that I started to take the practice more seriously and completed my 200-hour teacher training.
Along the way, I’ve learned from incredible teachers across the globe, exploring different styles of yoga — but yin yoga is what got me hooked.
To balance out all the stillness, you’ll also find me doing calisthenics, dragon staff, and a LOT of handstands.

Travel
I’ve lived in 43+ countries, and they have all been wonderful in their own ways. Special mentions to Finland, Costa Rica, Egypt, Tanzania, Berlin, and Rome!
Music
I love everything 80’s, darkwave, goth, post-punk, and hair metal. My family was very optimistic about this being a phase I’d grow out of, but alas…
Food
I’ve unashamedly eaten my way around the world, because you only live once, right? I’m a vegetarian, but I occasionally sample the odd bit of regional food in my travels – reindeer sausage anyone?
